Jesus of Suburbia: The Last Chapter. The doorbell rang sometime later. I knew it wasn’t Jimmy because he had called me to say that he was going to hang out with Jessie.Jesus of Suburbia: The Last Chapter. by ZeeJustZee
I opened the door and was surprised to see Azura.
“Hello there.” She greeted and smiled.
“H-hi.” I stuttered. “Uh… Come in. Please.” I gestured over to the couch and led her there. “What brings you around?” I asked curiously. She lived on a reservation about an hour away from my house, so she had to have had an important reason to come by.
Her smile shrunk the tiniest bit. “I have a message from the old group. I honestly think that this is their issue and they should deal with it themselves. I’m too damn nice, so I agreed to pass it along.”
Great. I was overjoyed. “What is it?” I asked wearily.
She broke eye contact, as if ashamed. “They said if you dump Jimmy and his ‘loser friends’ they’ll think about letting you back in.”
I shook my h
A new life (chapter 18)The day goes by very fast, but don't all weekends? I went for a walk with Gee, and we talked about EVERYTHING from music to asparagus. When we got home, I played bass and drew for the rest of the day. I eventually went to bed (at 11:30, Billie told me I had to) and hoped for no nightmares. I was at a beach. I look down and I'm somehow wearing a swimsuit. Lilli walks up. When we were younger, we would always dream of going to beaches all over the world. "Hey, birthday girl. Sorry I can't be there." she says. "Oh, don't feel bad, it's not your fault." I say. "Well, at least you got my present." she says. "Your...present?" "You didn't think that Cleo would just randomly start liking you, did you?" she says, smiling. It was true...that was a bit strange. "Anyway, wanna go swimming?" she asks. "Is it...real?" I ask. She sticks her foot in the water. "Yep!" I stand with my heels in the water, facing away from the water, and fall into it. I ride with Frank to the hospital, not daring to leave his side. The paramedics are doing everything they can, I just can’t help but wonder if it’ll be enough. We make it to the hospital fast and Frank is soon rolled away into intensive care. The doctors are with him for hours, but I don’t leave. I know I could, that I don’t have to wait for him. But part of me has to wait, I need to know that he’ll pull through. I wait for hours before I see Frank being taken to a room. A let out my breath that I didn’t realize I was holding in, this means that he’s okay, that there’s hope.
When the nurses finally allows me to go in, I walk over and sit in a chair right besides Frank’s bed. He’s unconscious and looks so peaceful when he’s sleeping. I don’t know what I’ll do, but I’m going to make sure that Frank never does something like that agai

15 YEARS EARLIER
It’s just an ordinary day, nothing special about it. I guess that’s what’s wrong with it. Every day here has been the same, nothing seems different or better. I came to this university hoping for so much, but all that’s over. I thought that this would be a good place to start over and meet people and change. I should’ve known that things would stay the same. I know it hasn’t even been a quarter here, but on the other hand it’s been several months and I’m still alone. I still continue this existence that no one cares about, that no one will ever care about.
I walked out of my dorm room into the crisp autumn air. Heading in no particular direction, I wander about campus. I find myself in the basement of an engineering building, I have some Gen Ed class in here, nothing special. I amble about the well-lit basement and over to a bulletin board.

He looked down at me, “Why?”
“I just don’t want to,” I shrugged. I didn’t really want to answer.
“Alex, what are you not telling me?” my dad insists on getting the reason out of me.
“I just don’t like the people there,” I pause and look away, “They act like I’m some kind of freak.”
My dad rests his hands on my arms, “Listen to me Alex, you are no freak. You’re a normal and wonderful human being. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.”
“It’s just that everyone stares at me and says there goes the test-tube baby. People think I’m weird just because I actually have two dads,” I spill all of what’s troubling me to my dad. I haven’t told him this before even though it’s been going on for a while.
“If anyone bullies you, you tell me bec
Impossible 2: The Kids from Yesterday“I had a hard time growing up. For a good part of my childhood, I knew I was different from other kids, I was introverted, depressed, let alone the fact that I knew I was gay. I’d have to say that one of the main reasons that I ever knew the difference was because there were always other kids pointing them out. I managed fine for a lot of my school life, but when I went to high school, I was not accepted.Impossible 2: The Kids from Yesterday by thebrilliant
“When I had first started, I hoped for so much. But all my hopes fell. I was already getting picked on for being nerdy and unsocial. In an attempt to be more outgoing, I started going to the school’s QSA club. I don’t even know why we had that club; few were brave enough to go to it and those that did got targets painted on their back. But I didn’t know that when I first went to the club. That was when the real bullying started.
“I couldn’t walk down the hall without people sneering

No! Stop! Please I beg of you! Why do you do this? Are you some kind of sadist?
Maybe. Maybe not. You decide.
Thump! I brought the scythe down on yet another frail body.
No! Leave me alone! What did I do to deserve this? What did they do to deserve this?
Nothing at all.
Then why? Why do you do what you do?
Because. It amuses me.
I felt the warm blood splash across my face.
It amuses you?
Yes. Is it not acceptable for me to enjoy myself? And there's no need to sound so distasteful. I'm hurt.
The sound of tortured screams filled my ears.
Like I care. Your feelings don't mean anything to me. If you have any, that is.
Why of course I do. I am alive you know.
Are you? Are you really? It's a pretty miserable existence then.
Is it? In what way?
My arms proceeded to hack away at the soft flesh.
Have you never thought about your victims? How they felt?

Beauty In Ugliness ~ Chapter 1Beauty In Ugliness ~ Chapter 1 by MCRFREAKSHOW
It was just approaching the witching hour when a luminous orange glow swept through out the decayed ruins of the small forest that surrounded the abandon cemetery just outside of town. Watching from the cracks of the mausoleum door Gerard stood his ground firmly as the angry villagers encircled around his tomb. Men shouted in rage, verbal threats as they held up their pitchforks and torches high in the air demanding that “The Vampire” retreat from hiding and answer for his crimes. Silence fell over the raging crowd as the stone mausoleum doors swung open by great force and Gerard strolled out casually unthreatened by the mob. He stopped in the center of the crowd and glanced around menacingly at the petrified men who now hid their faces behind the incandescent glow of their torches.
“How dare you…” Gerard addressed the crowd in disgust. “-Disturb me in my time of mourning!”
Out from the crowd stepped a short, round little man of five feet. He
